Exhibitor & patron buying & selling

The following is for your ( the exhibitor and show attendee) convenience and with consideration to our vendors.

A bulletin board will be astablished at the entrance of the 2024 Indiana Model Engine Show containing, but not limited to "for sale","for trade" or "wated" ads for use by the exhibitor in attendance. The show attendie may also use this service. Rules for this service are as follows:


A) you the exhibitor may place 1 ad at a time of "for sale ", "for trade " or "wanted " you may preprint with pictures , contact information & PRICE (with ads for sale , this is a must, YOU MUST GIVE AN HONEST PRICE). Please keeps yours as brief as possible to allow space for other people's opportunities to use the space. PLEASE, DO ALL TRANSACTIONS OUT IN THE PARKING LOT.see a show official to use this service.

B) there will be a cost of $5 for the ad, once an item is sold, a new ad may be placed with another $5 fee. Please inform show official of sold ads to be removed

C) no for sale items will be permitted on your exhibitor table, and the transaction of exchanging good & money, will take place out side of the show area, such as the parking lot.

D)exhibitors who place for sale items on there tables will be asked to either remove the item from the indoor venue area or pay the $100 vendor fee.

E)this bulletin board will be located just inside the show area & may contain other information regarding the event.


F) ALL ADS MUST BE MACHINE SHOP RELATED OR MODEL ENGINE RELATED & THE OFFICIALS FROM THE MACHINIST GROUP OF NORTHEAST INDIANA INC 501C7 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT ALLOW ANY AD, FOR ANY REASON.


G) no business shall place an ad for the businesses goods or service.

H) you the show attendie (i.e. the person who has paid to enter the show) may buy & sell in accordance to the above rules. No exceptions.


This information is subject to change & we the show committee will do our best to keep this information up to date.

Statements made day(s) of the event by the "show committee " shall over rule this language.
